The Keystone Concept (TKC) is led by Lance Davisson, Owner & Principal Consultant. In 2011 Lance invested in TKC as a mechanism to transform land management and community development through an innovative, fun and collaborative approach. Today, our team catalyzes positive change in organizations and communities and across landscapes through a unique relationship with our partners.

Lance has over 25 years of experience in land management, program development and project management in public and private sectors. In 2011, Lance moved to Boise, Idaho where he founded The Keystone Concept, LLC.  Prior to that, Lance worked in the public sector in several western states as a land manager, forester, commercial leasing professional and wildland firefighter.
